Hoki Poke is seeking 2 experienced cooks.
Wage: $950 per week (4 days a week, 10-11 hours a day)
Term of Employment: Permanent, full-time (42 hours per week)

Duties
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare Hawaiian traditional poke bowls
Prepare sashimi, vegetables and meats
Make authentic Korean and Japanese sauces for the menu
Order supplies and equipment
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Manage kitchen operations
Prepare and cook signature dishes in the menu such as sashimi, poke bowl, sushi burrito, etc.
Requirements
Languages: English
Completion of high school
1+ year of Korean, Japanese and/or Hawaiian cooking experience
Personal Suitability: Team player; attentive to detail
Working Conditions
