Invitations to apply issued for the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream

On May 18, 2021, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued invitations to apply to 138 international students in the Expression of Interest system pool who may qualify for the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream, who had profiles in the new Expression of Interest (EOI) pool.

These candidates may qualify for the Ontario Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream.

In order to be invited, candidates needed an EOI score of at least 77. They also needed to have job offers in Ontario.

On May 13, 2021, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) announced that OINP received its 2021 nomination allocation from the federal government, and that the province’s 2021 allocation is 8,350 plus an additional 250 nominations specifically for temporary foreign workers in intermediate skilled occupations (National Occupational Classification – Skill Level C).

The OINP continues to monitor the intake of applications within the limits of Ontario’s federal nomination allocation for 2021. Please be reminded that the program does not provide advance notice of Expression of Interest system or Express Entry draws.
